Determine if your organization will apply for license as a School or as a Seminar. The question below will help guide you on which type of application to send to OBPVS.

Are all of the courses you or your organization offer either:

• 32 contact hours or less, OR
• performed less than 3 times per year?

If yes to both conditions, the organization may apply as a Seminar.

If no to both conditions, the organization must apply as a School.

If yes to only one of the conditions an attestation is required.
